Tone It Up programs are designed by your trainers to get you ultimate results! You can sign up for and/or switch programs at anytime. Programs will show you weekly workout schedules in the app -- it's all laid out for you! You can also set up workout reminders and track your progress.
To access programs you can:
1. Scroll through the programs on the top of your Workout screen (or hit "view all" to see what's currently available).
2. If you're not signed up for a program, tap the "My Program" button on the bottom navigation and start finding a program to join!
You can also track your progress and set reminders to receive notifications when it's time to work out!
