YES!! Tone It Up programs are designed by your trainers for the ultimate results! You can sign up for a program at anytime, and you'll receive weekly workout schedules.
You can work out at the time that works best for YOU and your schedule! You can also set workout reminders to get a notification when it's time to work out ~ accountability is key!
How to set up workout reminders:
- Set it up when signing up for a program
- Tap your Profile on the bottom navigation bar > Tap the settings icon in the top right > Tap the "Workout Reminders" notification > set your time and frequency!
